Eastside Golf, the lifestyle golf brand changing the cultural perception of the game, and Rolling Loud, the world’s largest hip-hop festival, have come together to reinforce the relationship between golf and hip-hop culture with an extensive partnership at Rolling Loud Miami 2024.
Together, Eastside Golf and Rolling Loud announce The Rolling Loud Invitational Presented by Eastside Golf. The celebrity pro-am tournament is set for December 12th at the Turnberry Resort & Golf Course, one of the top courses in South Florida, for a day of music, golfing and fundraising efforts to make golf more accessible. A key piece of the partnership is the organizations’ shared commitment to giving back at the local and national level. Proceeds from The Rolling Loud Invitational will benefit schools within the City of Miami Gardens and support national HBCU golf programs. Additionally, the brands will invite the top men’s and women’s finishers from Eastside Golf’s inaugural Eastside Golf Collegiate Invitational presented by State Farm to participate in The Rolling Loud Invitational presented by Eastside Golf and be treated to a 3-Day VIP experience at Rolling Loud, happening December 13-15th at Hard Rock Stadium.
“Golf and hip-hop used to feel like totally different worlds, but over the years, they’ve come together in some incredible ways. More and more artists are taking up the game, and Eastside Golf has been right at the heart of this movement, bringing real culture and authenticity to the sport,” said Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, Rolling Loud. “With this partnership, we’re excited to show how golf can resonate with a younger, more diverse crowd, opening doors for the next generation.”
The partnership extends from the golf course to the festival grounds, where Eastside Golf will activate with an exclusive, co-branded merchandise collaboration and an interactive golfing experience for fans across all three days of Rolling Loud. This will be the first activation of its kind at the festival, bringing golf to fans in an organic way that shows the link between the hip-hop culture and the sport.
