A vibrant celebration of Afrobeats, Amapiano, hip-hop and Global Black music, Afro Nation unites the culture for top notch events across the globe. Today, they announced their return to the Motor City, as it prepares for Afro Nation Detroit 2024. Their second annual trip to the Motor City promises performances by some of the most exciting musical acts from Africa and its diaspora, plus additional activations and events that pay tribute to the city of Detroit’s historic contribution to the global music scene, and most importantly, Black music. The only scheduled Afro Nation event in the United States in 2024, Afro Nation Detroit returns to Bedrock’s Douglass Site from August 17th-18th, 2024.
